Global Routes: How to Choose

Coverage across 110+ countries and 220+ routes. Region names indicate general locations; check the route details after logging in for currently available routes, cities, and supported areas.

When choosing a route, first identify the region where the service you want to access is based, then check the route details rather than judging by location alone. Work documents, video calls, AI tools, and streaming services can have different network needs: some rely on a consistent connection, while others require an exit in a specific region. If a route doesn’t suit the service, update your subscription in the client and switch routes, then check the website, app, and playback separately.

The examples below are for searching by region, not a real-time list of available nodes. The table does not show unverified cities, route types, or streaming capabilities. Logged-in users can check actual route information in the dashboard. Connection quality can also depend on your local network, time of day, and the destination service. If something goes wrong, work through the Troubleshooting Guide step by step.

Any displayed route status is for reference when choosing a route at that time; verify performance on your own network. If the target region still doesn’t appear after updating your subscription, make sure the client has loaded the latest route list, then check the route details in the dashboard.

Key Steps for Cross-Border Access

Everything to check before subscribing, from route selection and privacy to billing.

ROUTE STABILITYStable During Peak Hours

Evening performance depends not only on the route’s region, but also on your local network, the destination website, and current network conditions. VPNUL offers routes in different regions to switch between. If pages load slowly, first make sure your client has the latest subscription list, then try a route suited to the service and check both page loading and continuous playback. This helps distinguish an issue with one website from a connection-wide problem, and makes it easier to describe the issue when asking for help.

NO LOGSNo Logs

To assess privacy, start with the service’s policies and your own account practices. VPNUL follows a no-logs policy; you should still keep your account credentials and subscription link secure, and never post the link publicly or share it with others. If you think your link may have been exposed, check your subscription details in the dashboard and contact support by ticket. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required—keeping the information needed to set up an account to a minimum.

ANY DEVICEUnlimited Simultaneous Devices

Use the same subscription across work computers, mobile devices, and backups, with unlimited devices connected at once. VPNUL supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with installation and import instructions for each platform. To switch devices, log in to the dashboard to get the appropriate client and subscription details, then follow the relevant import guide. Device count and monthly data are separate: even with multiple devices connected, keep an eye on your selected monthly plan’s data allowance.

AI ACCESSAccess to AI Tools

Before accessing an AI tool, check the service’s regional and account requirements, then choose a route in the relevant region. If the site opens but a conversation takes a long time to load, check that the client is still connected and the subscription list is up to date, then compare with other websites. A route affects the connection path; it doesn’t change the service’s account rules or regional policies. Checking connection, website, and account issues separately is more likely to reveal the cause than repeatedly changing every setting.

STREAMINGStreaming

Your viewing experience depends on the platform’s regional rules, account status, content licensing, and the current route. Check the route details for information relevant to your platform, then test playback. Being able to open the home page doesn’t guarantee that a particular title will play. If playback stops, first rule out local network issues, then update your subscription and switch to a route in the relevant region. Platform checks can change, so this page does not promise that all regions or content will always be available.

REFUND60-Day Refund Policy

Before subscribing, compare the monthly plans’ data allowances and choose one that fits how you use the service. VPNUL offers a 60-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for the process and applicable terms. Monthly data resets on the subscription start date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. If you’d rather use data as needed, you can also choose data packs, which are used until depleted and never expire. The two billing options suit different usage patterns.

MONTHLY PLANS

Choose a Monthly Plan by Usage

All three monthly plans allow unlimited devices to connect at once. Data resets monthly on the subscription start date; upgrades mid-cycle are prorated for the remaining days.

Light Use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, messaging, and occasional access to international services. Check your actual usage before deciding whether you need a higher allowance.

  • Includes 60GB
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund policy

Heavier Use

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For frequent use across devices, lots of video streaming, or a more generous monthly data allowance. Actual usage depends on what you access and how you use each device.

  • Includes 500GB
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose This Plan
Usage varies? Explore data packs.

Data packs last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. They work differently from monthly plans, where data resets each month. Compare them based on how often you use the service, not just the amount included in a single purchase.

When choosing a plan, start with the devices you use most and estimate how much data you spend on browsing, files, and video. Unlimited devices refers to how many can connect at once; it doesn’t mean monthly data is unlimited. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Confirm your order details in the user dashboard. If you have questions about billing or upgrades, read the FAQ before deciding.

QUESTIONS

Common Questions Before You Start

Check your account, subscription, devices, and billing in the order you’ll use them.

Do I need an email address to sign up?

No email address is required; you can sign up with a username and password. Keep your login credentials secure. After creating an account, choose a plan in the dashboard and get the corresponding subscription details. The address shown in the hero window is an example, not a working subscription link.

How do I keep using the service on a new device?

VPNUL supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at once. Log in to the dashboard on your new device, open the client download page, and follow the platform guide to import your subscription. If the client shows old routes, update the subscription first and check that the latest list has loaded. Using multiple devices still counts toward your selected plan’s data allowance.

Why don’t any routes appear after I import my subscription link?

First, make sure you copied the actual subscription URL from the dashboard, not the example shown on this page. Then check that you’re using the import method in the guide for your platform. If the subscription is imported but the list is empty, try updating it in the client. If that doesn’t help, note the error message shown in the client and submit a support ticket through the dashboard, including the import steps and device platform.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plans come in 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB options, with data resetting monthly on the subscription start date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packs last until used and never expire, and come in ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB options. Compare the two based on whether your usage is regular or occasional.

Where can I check the refund policy and payment methods?

VPNUL offers a 60-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check the price and data allowance on the plans page before paying, then confirm your order in the user dashboard. For account issues that need further assistance, submit a support ticket through the dashboard.
