Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms describe the conditions for using VPNUL’s international route subscription service. Please review the service scope, account rules and refund arrangements before using the service. Plan details and order records are available in the user panel; together, these terms and the actual order information determine subscription status.
Service Scope and Subscription Details
VPNUL provides international routes for cross-border access, along with subscription management features. The service covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Refer to the user panel for specific routes and their availability. Coverage does not mean that every route will perform identically in every place or at every time.
Monthly subscription plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets on the activation date each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Please confirm the plan and amount shown on your order before completing payment.
Accounts and Subscription Use
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. If your credentials or subscription link may have been exposed, update the relevant information promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel so the account status can be reviewed.
The service allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time for your use across your own devices with the same subscription. This does not grant permission to share an account with others, resell a subscription or publicly distribute subscription links. You may not centrally manage subscriptions for others or provide unauthorized services by splitting or forwarding access credentials. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Subscription benefits for each order are as shown in the user panel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using VPNUL, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and determine whether the websites, apps and content you intend to access are permitted there. You must not use the service for illegal activities or to infringe on others’ lawful rights and interests. You must also not use the routes to access, interfere with or misuse network systems without authorization. If your use appears to violate these terms or applicable law, VPNUL may take measures proportionate to the risk after reviewing the information necessary to assess the matter.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Route connections may be affected by your local network, device settings, the policies of the destination service and network maintenance, among other factors. VPNUL maintains the routes and subscription features it provides, but does not guarantee that every route will remain available at all times or that a particular website, app or piece of content will always be accessible. If you experience connection issues, check your local network, client settings and subscription status first. You can then submit a support ticket through the user panel describing the issue and the route you used.
VPNUL does not control the content, account rules or service changes of third-party websites and apps. To the extent permitted by applicable law, access issues caused by your device, local network or a third-party service should be addressed according to the actual cause. These terms do not exclude any user rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the service and check your subscription and order status in the user panel. If account sharing or resale, unlawful use or serious interference with service operations occurs, VPNUL may, depending on the circumstances, restrict the relevant use, suspend the account or terminate account services. Any action will be based on account and order records that can be verified. If you have questions about the outcome, you can submit a support ticket through the user panel.
VPNUL may revise these terms due to service changes or changes in applicable rules. Revisions will be published on this page with the update month indicated. Please review any changes. Fees and refunds for existing orders must still be assessed against the order records, applicable law and relevant terms; updating this page does not, by itself, change confirmed transaction details.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, submit a support ticket through the user panel and include the relevant order information so the payment and refund can be verified. VPNUL will review the request against the order records. The time it takes for a refund to arrive may also depend on the processing procedures of the original payment channel.
Requests made after that period or for payments other than the first payment can be submitted by support ticket with details of the circumstances. VPNUL will review them in accordance with applicable law and the order details. The refund terms here do not limit any other rights you have under applicable law. Before submitting a request, check your order and subscription records in the user panel to avoid confusing different orders.
