CHANNELS

Contact channels and when to use them

Choose a channel based on the information needed to review your issue. Support tickets are currently the only directly available option.

Account panel support ticket

Use a ticket for order and payment checks, subscription questions, connection issues, client setup, or refund inquiries. Sign in to the relevant account and submit a support ticket. Check the panel for replies. Response times vary depending on the issue and current workload; VPNUL does not offer a fixed response time.

Email

Email may suit messages that need a longer explanation. No email address is currently listed on this site, so there is no email address available to contact directly and no email response time to share. If you would like to continue the conversation by email, mention this in your support ticket first.

Telegram

Telegram may suit brief questions and follow-up. No official Telegram account is currently listed on this site, so there is no account available to contact directly and no response time to share for this channel. If you would like to continue the conversation on Telegram, verify the channel through a support ticket first.

BEFORE SENDING

What to include in a support ticket

Include what happened and what you have already tried to help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

Connection and route issues

Include your platform, the region you selected, what happened, and whether the issue occurred while importing your subscription, connecting, or opening the website. If only one route is affected, include its name. Screenshots can help show error messages, but hide your password and full subscription link before submitting.

Orders and refunds

Include the relevant order and what you would like checked, such as payment status, a plan change, or a refund request. VPNUL offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit refund requests through a ticket in the account associated with the order so it can be reviewed.

Check the existing guides first

For common account and connection issues, start with the Help Center. For step-by-step troubleshooting, see the Troubleshooting Guide. If the issue persists, tell us in your ticket which steps you tried and what happened.
